New Certification Guidelines Adopted IHRI Advisory Board has recently adopted a new set of certification guidelines. Helene Schaefer, Chair of the Advisory Board, is intrumental to the changes. IHRI and its affiliated organizations will begin to observe the changes beginning in January 2005. The New Certification Guidelines have been approved by the IHRI Board of Directors. IHRI Certificate Programs Expanded to India & China
After years of preparation, the IHRI certification program is being introduced to countries such as India and China. HR professionals in both countries have shown great interest in competency-based HR management methodologies and practices. During the last months of 2004, IHRP certification preparation courses were delivered and well received in Beijing and Huhortt.
