Organizations or individuals could partner with IHRI to conduct
research projects in the area of HR development. This could
take the form of a research paper, a book, or a seminar.

IHRI will also intend to co-sponsor conferences with international
partners to compare best practices or to address certern issues
that are deemed important to human resource management.
