Organizations or individuals could partner with IHRI to conduct
training programs in human resource management. This could
take the form of customized training or courses that lead to IHRP
certification.

IHRI will also intend to co-sponsor training courses  with
international partners to compare best practices or to address
certern issues that are deemed important to human resource
management.
